We find it hard to believe that it's been over a month since our wedding reception and that only just now are we getting to this letter.
Rick and I wanted you to know that we were absolutely thrilled with everything that Wild Thyme Catering did to help make our reception the success it was. We received so many compliments on the food and the overall presentation. In addition, we want to extend our kudos to your staff...they were nothing less than professional....so friendly and helpful.
We'd like to thank you, personally, for your help in the initial process of food selection, etc. We so appreciated your candidness and expertise.
We hope that we will have the opportunity to work with you again in the future. We've joked about how since we've married later in life, we should celebrate our anniversary twice a year, so in no time we should be ready for a 25th anniversary party, right?

We've never been to a wedding with such delicious food and friendly catering staff....fortunately this wedding was ours! Many of our guests commented on the wonderful cuisine you provided. Even our friends with the most discriminating palates praised the food! Thank you!

We are just returning home after an amazing honeymoon of hiking and relaxing in the unbelievably beautiful Canadian Rockies. During our hikes we often talked about the wedding; recalling special or funny moments, or how fantastic the food was. We had so much fun and the whole event went so well. Now that we are somewhat settled into married life, we wanted to send a note to thank you all again for doing such a great job on our wedding. The food was excellent, the service impeccable (we never had to worry) and you didn't laugh at or ignore all of our wacky requests....especially the Gold Fish Crackers and Root Beer Floats.

We wanted to write to you while Laura and Michele's Commitment Ceremony was still fresh in our minds. We thought that the event met our every expectation, and we owe you and your staff much thanks.
The success of the day started out with our very first meeting when you suggested how to use the space of the Brazilian Room to best advantage for the ceremony and later the dinner. Your suggestions worked beautifully.
The adaptability and flexibility of Wild Thyme was impressive. During setup, I recall telling you that Laura and Michele wanted to add one more table. "No problem", you said. and a few minutes later there was the additional table fully dressed and set.
The crew was magnificent in carrying out their functions. The flitted unobtrusively among the guests with drink and hors d'oeuvres, and improvised where necessary. The table service was excellent.
Everyone enjoyed the food, and I suspect you caused a lot of our vegetarian guests to relent, judging by the overwhelming response to the excellent beef carving station.
Once again, we thank you for all the ways that you contributed to a very special day.

Susan and I were truly delighted with everything you did for us. We received nothing but praise from our friends and family. But most importantly, you made Margaret and Keith's wedding day a special occasion, indeed.
Everything was done really well. The room was beautifully decorated. The food was beyond wonderful. Keith's Greek family was very impressed with the traditional Greek food, and they are tough critics!
And....the servers were absolutely the best ever. They were able to do what the very best do; keep everybody provided with the appropriate food and drink all night, yet seem like they were not even there. That is the mark of true professionals. I thanked each of them at the end of the evening - but please send my thanks on to them again. We are so very grateful and happy that we had Wild Thyme to work with us.
