After initial contact with Wild Thyme, we will send you a personalized menu along with a proposed event contract detailing all expenses.
Upon finalization of the event services Wild Thyme requires a signed copy of the final request along with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit.
Two weeks prior to the event date, we require a final guest count. After this date, you may increase but not decrease this count. 50% of the remaining balance is due at this time.
At the end of the event, Wild Thyme requires payment in full on the balance due.
