Our generic lists, which are revised twice a year, Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer, are designed to give you an idea of the range of food items we prepare. We like to offer those specialty dishes that utilize seasonal produce delivered to our kitchen fresh the morning of the event. Nothing tastes better then a great Bruschetta made with tomatoes picked right off the vine and taken to the kitchen. These "generic" lists provide only guidelines. If you wish something that you don't see listed, let us know. If you have your heart set on Moroccan food (as one recent bride did), we can do it. A pit roasted pig? We've done it. We have three very accomplished and well versed chefs. They love a challenge!
